Plastic bottle bale breaker is an optional machine used at the beginning of the PET bottle washing plant. It helps to loosen compressed bottle bales, ensuring smooth and continuous feeding for the next processing steps.

Plastic washing tank
Because the cap material of plastic bottles is PP, in order to collect PET flakes, the plastic washing machine will separate the cap from the bottle flakes.

Hot water washing tank
Put the plastic bottle pieces into the plastic flake hot washing tank and add the cleaning agent. The high temperature and the cleaning agent can better clean the stains on the bottle pieces. The hot washing tank is the core equipment in a PET flakes washing plant.

Bottle flakes friction washing machine
