The first step is to understand the type of feedstock our customers are working with. Some customers may be dealing with plastic scrap that is relatively clean, while others may contain oils, pigments, or other contaminants. We offer different treatment options for different feedstock situations.
Number of Rashing Tanks: If the feedstock is dirty, we may recommend using multiple wash tanks to rinse the plastic and ensure that contaminants are washed away. If the feedstock is oily, we recommend a hot wash tank in the recycling line.
Plastic Pelletizer Configuration: Depending on the characteristics of the raw material, the output, and the customer’s requirements for the finished product, the customer can choose a one-stage, two-stage, or three-stage pelletizer. This helps to meet different output and quality requirements.
Customized recycling machines to the size of the factory
Every factory has a different site; some have limited space while others have a vast production area. Therefore, we can arrange the layout of the equipment according to the actual size of the factory, with some plastic recycling machines discharged in an “L” shape and others in an “I” shape, to ensure optimal utilization of space.
Customization according to production volume
Production volume is another important factor to consider. Some customers may need to process large quantities of plastics, such as 1000kg/h or 2000kg/h, while others may only need to produce small quantities, such as 300kg/h and 500kg/h. We can select the right machine model and plastic recycling line configuration for the different output requirements.
