Cooperation process of Ethiopia customer with Shuliy Machinery
The Ethiopian customer’s main business is the production of aluminum-plastic composite panels, and they have five plants in the region that use recycled plastic pellets to manufacture composite panels. Due to the high production volume, this year they decided to purchase their own set of the plastic pelletizing line. The customer found our factory online and our account manager Sunny received the customer at first. After communicating through Whatsapp, Sunny learned that their raw materials are plastic soft film LDE and hard plastic HDPE.
Throughout the process, Sunny responded to the customer promptly and patiently introduced the pelletizing method and the required plastic recycling machine in Ethiopia for both raw materials. The customer finally chose two plastic pelletizing lines to recycle the two different raw materials, including a plastic film pelletizing line with a capacity of 200kg per hour and a hard plastic flake pelletizing line with a capacity of 300kg per hour.
