Nguyên lý làm việc của máy tái chế nóng chảy EPS

The EPS foam melting machine adopts double shaft crushing blades, which are two parallel blade shafts, and they rotate in different directions. Each blade shaft has 18 blades and is driven by a gearbox to crush the material, which is conveyed to the barrel through a screen.

The foam is conveyed into the heated barrel by a high-speed rotating screw, which continuously pushes the material forward through the system. As it moves through the barrel, the plastic foam is exposed to high temperatures and gradually melts into a uniform material.

The molten plastic is then extruded from the outlet and discharged into a heap, where it can continue flowing out for collection or further processing.
