This twin-shaft design ensures that even high-density foam or bulky pieces are shredded down to the perfect size instantly, preventing jamming and ensuring a continuous material flow.

3. Superior Compression & Melting At the heart of the machine is a robust 22 kW Main Motor paired with a heavy-duty 350 Model Reducer. This combination provides immense torque to the screw, pushing the material through the Ø325 mm × 1200 mm Heating Barrel. The extended barrel length ensures the foam is thoroughly melted and degassed, resulting in high-density, heavy ingots that fetch top dollar in the recycling market.
