Massive Feeding Capability With a Feed Opening Width of 1000 mm, you no longer need to manually break down large foam boxes (like fish boxes or appliance packaging) before feeding them into the machine. Simply throw the whole box in! This significantly reduces labor costs and increases processing speed.

2. Dual-Drive Powerful Crushing Unlike standard machines with a single shredder, our unit is equipped with Dual 3 kW Shredder Motors (Total 6 kW). This twin-shaft design ensures that even high-density foam or bulky pieces are shredded down to the perfect size instantly, preventing jamming and ensuring a continuous material flow.

3. Superior Compression & Melting At the heart of the machine is a robust 22 kW Main Motor paired with a heavy-duty 350 Model Reducer. This combination provides immense torque to the screw, pushing the material through the Ø325 mm × 1200 mm Heating Barrel. The extended barrel length ensures the foam is thoroughly melted and degassed, resulting in high-density, heavy ingots that fetch top dollar in the recycling market.
