2. Dual-Drive Powerful Crushing<\/strong> Unlike standard machines with a single shredder, our unit is equipped with Dual 3 kW Shredder Motors (Total 6 kW)<\/strong>. This twin-shaft design ensures that even high-density foam or bulky pieces are shredded down to the perfect size instantly, preventing jamming and ensuring a continuous material flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Superior Compression & Melting<\/strong> At the heart of the machine is a robust 22 kW Main Motor<\/strong> paired with a heavy-duty 350 Model Reducer<\/strong>. This combination provides immense torque to the screw, pushing the material through the \u00d8325 mm \u00d7 1200 mm Heating Barrel<\/strong>. The extended barrel length ensures the foam is thoroughly melted and degassed, resulting in high-density, heavy ingots that fetch top dollar in the recycling market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
